People Portraits: Family, Single, And Double

$75

I love capturing the spirit of people on canvas! Portraits are a great gift for any holiday or can be given as a "just because" gift! Whether you are purchasing for yourself or someone else, my original, custom portrait paintings make terrific, unique, and one of a kind gifts! My oil on canvas portraits are not only beautiful and unique, but they are also affordable, as well! Starting at only $75, you can give yourself, or a loved one a unique, keepsake gift: one which will satisfy and please you and/or your loved one for a lifetime! Wanna buy a PORTRAIT? 1) First message me, telling me whether you want a single, a double, or a family & friends portrait and the size 2) Send me as many photos as you can. HINT:The best photos that make the best paintings are those which are taken in natural light without a flash, and with a large picture file, as the larger the file, the greater detail I can see, and thus, can implement into the painting. I can assist you in choosing the best photo for your new painting, at no additional fee. 3) The completion time for a custom portrait is one to two weeks. Once the painting is completed, I will send you a preview of the painting, via email before it ships. All of my portraits are done using the best oil paints and are painted on stretched canvas. Because of the nature of the oil paints that I use, your new painting may require up to 2 weeks in order to dry, and will need to dry completely before shipping in order to prevent damage to the painting. With all of these things in mind please expect your new painting to arrive at your address no less than 2-4 weeks. I usually ship priority mail with USPS. The shipping and handling fee for any painting size is 15% of your total bill. I only ship to USA.

Statement from the Artist

"My ideal goal, as an artist is a concise one: and that is to create beauty. And not just for myself but those who will enjoy my works after they have left the studio. I want to brighten up someone's day, rejuvenate someone's soul and take their mind away from the struggles of everyday life, by allowing them to stop, freeze, gaze at one of my beautiful paintings, and breathe it all in."

Aside from being a fine artist, Samara Doumnande is also and author. Her written works include, "Grab My Hand" and "Bible Tales: The First Five Books in Rhyme"
