Cancellations will not be allowed after the work has begun on Custom orders. If it's one of the standard items in my shop you can cancel anytime before shipping. Refunds will only be given if an item is defective/ damaged or non usable upon delivery. The refund will only be issued after the item has been returned or verified unusable.
