I am very happy with the product - also with the professionalism of Terrance Dolan, his communication and service to me. This was well done and I am not an easy customer. The experience with Custom made was very good - they got us together, got the transaction done, and let me talk with the artist/ shipper - all went well. I am very happy with custom made. Thanks. [this, by the way is in stark contrast to very recent experience with Etsy on transport error and a bigger mess with EBAY - the latter being impossible - so by yourselves you are very good, in comparison, you are outstanding.]

I think this is a duplicate review, but Terrance created a gorgeous copper tray for my cabinet, that is a great reflection on my orchids. I sent him a photo, as well. Thanks for coordinating the order.

The boot tray was perfect. I gave the dimensions and received a tray that fits perfectly and is very well made. The shipping box was great, the item arrived undamaged and ready to go. It is very difficult to find someone to make custom projects like this. A great job and very satisfied. Would higly recommend.

I ordered a large copper tray; from start to finish this was a great experience. Getting something custom made just gives the item so much more meaning than the purpose the item is for. Very shortly after I ordered I received a proposal, there was a suggestion to adjust the height to give the item more rigidity. The final product was absolutely beautiful and delivered with the utmost care.

Everything about our purchase of two copper planter trays was outstanding. The website made it clear that this was exactly what we had been unsuccessfully searching for, especially since Mr. Dolan was willing to make them to our custom measurements. His reply with a proposal was sent in less than a day, the price was more than reasonable compared to others, and the finished products were in our hands in ten days. The trays are expertly crafted, strong heavy gauge copper, and a beautiful addition to our window sills.

The copper trays are exactly what I hoped they would be. Wonderful workmanship and careful attention to my specific requests. The finished items are gorgeous. Terence was easy and professional to work with. He gladly reshipped my package when FedEx didn't do their job the first time around. I couldn't be happier with the 4 copper planter trays I received. They arrived promptly in very protective packaging, are exactly as ordered and are very well made. The copper is thick enough that they are quite sturdy. However, I was concerned about one large tray since it will not be sitting on a solid surface but supported by 4 thin boards. When I messaged Mr Dolan whether he thought the copper might tend to sag in that situation, he responded that he wasn't sure but offered to include a backer board and that has done the job. The cost of the trays seems very reasonable to me since earlier I had one made by a local craftsman who charged over twice as much.

I ordered a custom copper planter tray for an oddly sized pot. Terence was really easy to work with and the end product is lovely and fits perfectly where it was supposed to.

Really liked the end product and thought that its maker was a true artisan. It was frustrating and time consuming when I wanted to process an additional order but with a slight dimension change. I was advised that it would be necessary to go back to the source webpage where the custom trays were originally ordered in order to process a new order, but that process was problemmati given so many webpages/providers. I would certainly use him again if I could access him again
