Our "Pennywise the Dancing Clown" heels have grey, red, and clear rhinestones all over the entire shoe. Pennywise's face is on the platform of the pumps with "You'll Float Too", on the side of the heels. The heels have grey silk fabric on the heel with three small red balls; and there is white mesh fabric that's a little dirty on the heels to simulate Pennywise's costume in the film. I have also added some red balloons at the top of the heels as a finishing touch! These shoes are a definite attention grabber and no matter what occasion; with these heels you are going to stand out and be different from the rest.
