The heels have grey silk fabric on the heel with three small red balls; and there is white mesh fabric that's a little dirty on the heels to simulate Pennywise's costume in the film. I have also added some red balloons at the top of the heels as a finishing touch! These shoes are a definite attention grabber and no matter what occasion; with these heels you are going to stand out and be different from the rest.
