Sidecar Style Baby Bed That Attaches To Mom's Bed
This is a bedside cradle customized to attach to your bed safely. My sidecar beds are designed so that mother and baby can sleep face to face and breathe on each other. These baby beds are a cradle/bassinet size 18" x 36" to help moms to begin nursing, establish good sleep rhythms, and bond in the first 18 to 20 months of their baby's life. This is a very durable "fine furniture" version baby bed, designed to survive many years of use and be shared or handed down in families. Walnut and mahogany are premium and expensive furniture woods. Sidecars made with these woods are priced higher and listed separately from my maple, cherry, or oak baby beds. Mattresses are not included and are sold separately. Any standard "cradle" size mattress 18" x 36" will fit my baby beds. I also sell the organic eco-wool mattress listed in my CustomMade shop and I can provide links for alternative mattress sources. My shipments weigh about 45 pounds and require a special carton, so shipping would add $75.
