1\. First payment of 50% is due before the project is started and after proposal is accepted by the customer. 2. Second payment of 50% before shipping, a photo of the item is sent to the customer. After final payment is made, item will be shipped to the customer with tracking information. No refunds are made once a Proposal is accepted and conception has started The time invested for a custom project is large and materials ordered are specific to the project. I like to have a good communication with customer, to make sure they comfortable with my design before send a proposal. Please do not accept a proposal if you are not sure!
