i take great pride in my work. i guarantee that i will work with you to make you more than satisfied with your purchase. custom work is non-refundable and once in-progress, custom projects cannot be cancelled. on stocked items purchased directly from my portfolio, i offer returns within 30 days of delivery. shipping for returns is at the customer's expense. if you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let me know in advance of accepting a proposal.
