Rustic Wood Coat Rack/Towel Rack
Handmade in Elmira, New York by Reclaimed Layne
Branch slices from various fallen tree branches along with reclaimed old growth wood destined for a burn pile combine for a truly unique statement piece and eco-friendly! The wood was stained a provincal dark brown to highlight the branch slices, and hardware was added to make this piece not only beautiful but functional. I am so glad this customer allowed me to create this piece. It was truly enjoyable and I see myself making a few more in different sizes. However, every piece will truly be one-of-a-kind.

Reclaimed Layne
Reclaimed & Upcycled Rustic Wood Home Decor & More. Reclaimed Layne items display the hidden beauty in vintage wood that is destined for the trash or burn pile. There is so much useful life left in this old wood and bringing that beautiful life out for all to see brings me such great pleasure.
To know that I have made a small difference on this Earth by recycling this wood and saving trees makes me proud to be an artist. Each piece is unique, one-of-a-kind and sure to be a conversation starter.
I have also included my design services on this site. I am a professional designer with over 20 years of experience. It is sometimes hard for the average person to find a design firm to design for smaller companies or individuals at an affordable price. I am more than happy to work with individuals to find a creative solution that is both professional and affordable.
