We hired Donald to build an 8 foot custom live edge Walnut bar height table for our new office space in San Francisco. His communication was superb and he kept me updated on the project from start to finish. I sent him a few examples of what we had in mind and he even sent me photos of raw slabs from the lumber yard for us to pick from and custom sketched different table legs for us. Long story short, Donald was a pleasure to work with and our new table is definitely the highlight of our office and everyone's favorite piece. Excellent communication and follow-up by Donald and Rebekah from start to finish. Timely response on all questions and they provided thoughtful options to all our questions throughout the process. Communication with the shipper leaves room for improvement. Shipping is taking longer than expected, and have yet to receive response from them regarding tracking info. Anticipate we will be pleased with the final product when they arrive. No hesitation recommending Donald Mee Designs for your custom project.
