I will start off by saying that this craftsman’s work is absolutely divine. The amount of detail and attention is second to none. The only reason I didn’t give the builder five stars across the board was due to a few things. First, the time frame was a bit elongated. The communication got a bit fussy too, but I was assured that was the websites fault and not the builders. None the less it was a little frustrating. The delivery/ shipping was a bad experience for both parties involved due to the post office breaking the item in the process. Nothing you can do about that that’s on the post office.However this builder did make it right on all accounts by remaking the item and givin a partial refund for time lossed. When I did receive the item the second time, it was breathtakingly beautiful!! Words are not enough to say how pleased I am with the item! If the websites communication issues weren’t there and the timeline was a little closer to the original agreement I would have givin 5 stars all the way across and then some. However for the reasons stated above a had to take some off to be correct in my review. I would recommend this builder to future potential customers, his work simply speaks for itself.

Mr. Betschman was a dream to work with, very professional and a great communicator as well. I am new to custom made, so he also helped me navigate the process from placing my order, accepting the bid and guiding me through the design process for this project that only existed in my mind. He completely understood my vision, and I am so happy with the results! Beautiful hexagon shaped frames, which will be used for displaying remnants of a very very old hand made quilt. Andrew was great through this entire process. I never ordered a custom made item before, and he made it easy. He was very quick to respond to all requests, sent me photos and updates as he created the project (which I loved), and sent the item on time as promised. The cutting board is beautiful and very high quality. It is just what I wanted and far nicer than I could have gotten had I bought a commercially made board. And as a special surprise, he included 2 beautiful wine bottle stoppers (thank you!!). I would highly recommend Andrew. His craftsmanship and professionalism can't be beat. Thank you again Andrew!!!!!
