Apr 13, 2018We could not be more disappointed in our experience. The project was supposed to take 8 weeks to be completed (normal turnaround time was 4-6 weeks). Instead, the project took over 4 months to be completed. Making things worse was the lack of communication around delays as it took several follow ups to get a response. The last straw came when the vanity cabinet was delivered it reeked of smoke (impossible to get out of wood), the finish had drips in some areas, and the inside of the cabinet was incomplete. We’ve now spent over 20 hours trying to remove the smoke smell (not successful yet) and still have more hours to do to finish the piece. We’ve reached out to Mike and have not received a response (not surprised). We have received no money back or discount to date either for all of the troubles we’ve been put through.

Apr 15, 2016The project took a little longer than I had hoped, but I am not disappointed about the quality of work in the slightest. Mike made sure to complete the project exactly to my specifications, and he certainly delivered on his promise to make sure I was happy with the final product. I could not be more pleased with my furniture. Big thanks to Mike for making my bedroom the happiest it has ever been. I definitely recommend Mike for any furniture needs. :)

Dec 28, 2015The night stands we requested Mike to make for us are beautiful and pretty much perfect. It began with a rough idea and a rough sketch drawn by me. Mike was able to turn that into reality, listening to and meeting our requests. He took the time to present options and explain. Though communication was spotty and delivery time was twice as long as was quoted, it didn't affect our satisfaction. We allowed for that possibility of delay and banked on the fact that we'd be pleased with the end result. And we were beyond pleased. I would contact Mike again if I'm am ever in need of more custom furniture.

Apr 14, 2016Mike is the best. His work is absolutely beautiful, but the reason I enjoyed working with Mike was because he was in control of the process. It was easy working with Mike because he knows how to walk you through the process of turning your abstract idea/vision into a real custom product he builds from scratch. It can be daunting wondering if you've communicated well-enough to the person building your product that they'll give you what you want, but from start to finish Mike got it.
