Working with Steven was very easy, as he was very accessible and helpful with communications, throughout the entire process.
I was constantly receiving messages from Steven regarding the smallest of details to be sure that he got everything absolutely correct. He also provided images of all of the different finishing options he had available. I was also impressed that he took time to mockup up samples of different lacing styles and sent me photographs of the options all along the way.
Steven worked with my to construct a prototype to be sure that even though I had seen all of the photos, there would be no surprises. I knew exactly what I would be getting when I received the finals.
