I am thrilled with the final product that Steven Jespersen of Klutch Creations built for me. His final products were exactly what I had envisioned. Working with Steven was very easy, as he was very accessible and helpful with communications, throughout the entire process. I was constantly receiving messages from Steven regarding the smallest of details to be sure that he got everything absolutely correct. He also provided images of all of the different finishing options he had available. I was also impressed that he took time to mockup up samples of different lacing styles and sent me photographs of the options all along the way. Steven worked with my to construct a prototype to be sure that even though I had seen all of the photos, there would be no surprises. I knew exactly what I would be getting when I received the finals. The quality of his craftsmanship was superb, as well as the condition and quality of the materials he used.
