I am thrilled with the final product that Steven Jespersen of Klutch Creations built for me. His final products were exactly what I had envisioned.

Working with Steven was very easy, as he was very accessible and helpful with communications, throughout the entire process.

I was constantly receiving messages from Steven regarding the smallest of details to be sure that he got everything absolutely correct. He also provided images of all of the different finishing options he had available. I was also impressed that he took time to mockup up samples of different lacing styles and sent me photographs of the options all along the way.

Steven worked with my to construct a prototype to be sure that even though I had seen all of the photos, there would be no surprises. I knew exactly what I would be getting when I received the finals.

The quality of his craftsmanship was superb, as well as the condition and quality of the materials he used.

To say that this tie was amazing would be an understatement! I told Steve exactly what I wanted (down to the measurements and color), and he created it beautifully! It took longer than he figured it would but that wasnt his fault. He ran into issues with the laser engraving part but was very willing to fix the problem and get me a product that was well worth the money. The funished product looks absolutely amazing. Cant help but show people how nice the wallet looks
