I'm delighted with my new boot! Steven did an excellant job considering it was his first time working for someone with a foot disability. My foot is orthopedically misshapen and it took a revision to make the boot fit properly. Steven was happy to fix my problem in record time - he has a pleasant demeanor and is easy to work with. His professionalism made a difficult, one of a kind task bearable, and now I can wear a shoe on a foot that has been shoeless for several years. Thanks so much - I'll be back!

It took longer than he figured it would but that wasnt his fault. He ran into issues with the laser engraving part but was very willing to fix the problem and get me a product that was well worth the money. The funished product looks absolutely amazing. Cant help but show people how nice the wallet looks
