Deck, Fence, And Landscaping
This project includes decking, fencing, sprinklers with drip watering system, grass, planter areas, hard scape, and accent lighting. The curved face deck is made with pressure treated framing, Fiberon decking and Trex handrails with LED accent lighting. Delta BlueGrass 80/20 mix was installed around the deck and in the front yard, around the garage side with new concrete, blue fines and 3/4 crushed gravel lead to the back grass for clean, easy side yard access. 6 and 8 foot Redwood fences were handcrafted around the entire back yard perimeter with custom steel frame supported single and double gates. Low voltage lighting illuminates both front and back yards for full night time use, enjoyment, and safety.

Welcome to Build Doctors LLC, where we do the work. Many general contractors are organizers only, hiring out all the work as subjobs to whomever is convenient. That is not us! We perform a majority of all the work and supervise only qualified subcontractors to produce a truly professional finished product.
Prior to becoming a general contractor, Tom, Owner and Contractor, worked in construction or the trades for 8 years but was often frustrated with having to work around the sloppy jobs of others who did not care as long as they got paid. His inspiration is to personally "own" every job, by managing all project responsibilities so he can make sure that it is done right the first time. He would rather create than fix.
