Livermore Wine Room
This room was the idea of the new home owner. She wanted a space where she could relax and drink a glass of wine with her husband and another couple after dinner. She also wanted to display their collection of wine they had from all over the world. Then the Wine Room was born. We installed Crown Cabinets with soft close hinges and drawer hardware, and pull out drawers for mixer storage in the base cabinets. Two matching wine fridges are the central feature of the custom granite countertop bumb-out. The double height crown molding and new baseboards compliment the cabinets in proper scale with the room. New tile floors, LED under cabinet and above cabinet up-lighting really make this wine room shine.

Welcome to Build Doctors LLC, where we do the work. Many general contractors are organizers only, hiring out all the work as subjobs to whomever is convenient. That is not us! We perform a majority of all the work and supervise only qualified subcontractors to produce a truly professional finished product.
Prior to becoming a general contractor, Tom, Owner and Contractor, worked in construction or the trades for 8 years but was often frustrated with having to work around the sloppy jobs of others who did not care as long as they got paid. His inspiration is to personally "own" every job, by managing all project responsibilities so he can make sure that it is done right the first time. He would rather create than fix.
