Area served: USA, Canada, I am open to shipping to most countries, please inquire. \*\*\*I am a small shop making each table, wallet, laptop stand, dresser, etc by hand. I receive orders from all around the world and as much as I try to control my order list I can get swamped within minutes. Please understand that I work nearly every day (I have taken to giving my body Saturday and Sunday off, most weeks) and I will work hard to get your order to you.\*\* Shipping Methods: To be determined based on product and location of delivery. Custom made work is not refundable as I have had to put in my time and expenses for the item you requested. Some items will require a deposit for me to purchase necessary materials for your job, and some items will require full payment. When we discuss your order I will explain how the payment process works for your project. If you'd like me to ship your item(s) to an address other than listed, let me know. For International Shipping: please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. These fees/tariffs are not included in the shipping (or the purchase) cost. The full retail value of the item you order will be listed on the customs form. Also shipping costs are subject to change. For Domestic Shipping: I usually ship USPS Priority mail. On occasion I will mail Fed Ex or UPS depending on the product, timing and cost. Please let me know if you need a signature for acceptance of the package. On larger orders there are a few other options. I currently use UPS, FedEX and YRC Freight. I will discuss with you the best shipping options and cost for your project. Each listing has a shipping cost section below the photos. There are tabs showing the description and behind that is shipping. Refunds and Exchanges For small work: We are proud of the quality of our products, and stand behind them 100%. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise you ordered, just return it within 90 days and I will repair or replace it with another piece of equal value. Please note\*\* we do not handle returns for cash refunds.
