I am thrilled with my project. Josh Ingold was a dream to work with. He communicated well and me good feedback prior to starting. The project was slightly delayed because it was being finished during the holidays and the shipping company failed to contact me to arrange for delivery. Everything from Josh's end was perfect. He went beyond craftsmanship and into true artistry. I would choose him as a Maker for my next project.

Pros: Joshua and I agreed on 2 raw steel bench ends back in October. They are the exact dimensions I requested and I can see his excellent craftsmanship.
Cons: The bench ends that arrived are black and I specifically requested raw steel, so I did not receive what I requested/paid for (upfront). Communication was a big problem with this maker - I had to ask CustomMade to intervene after he ignored two (very friendly!) messages inquiring about the status of my order for weeks. They shipped 3 weeks later than what we had agreed upon.

Our business needed 2 custom made reception desks to complete a small lobby design. We had very specific requests for materials, size and more. The final product we received is even better than we hoped. Joshua and Object A selected the most beautiful cuts of wood for these pieces, which are completed to a smooth and gorgeous finish and exactly meet our specifications.

Aside from the final product, another highlight of working with this maker was the detailed and professional information he provided at the start of the project. The drawings and description provided really helped us move forward with confidence that we were on the same page in completing the envisioned design.

I am over-the-moon happy with the handsome bookshelves built for me by Joshua Ingold. I sent him specific dimensions for a wall space and he delivered to the last detail. The bookshelf structure is the centerpiece of my new loft and has generated many compliments. The piece is regal in its quality - the shelves and fittings are constructed with solid craftsmanship and exquisite style. I could not be happier.

Josh was extremely helpful in the planning stages of my project. His work product was top notch. When we had to purchase different cabinet hardware, I asked him to send me a bill for the difference and he wouldn't accept any more money. This guy is old-school good people. I cannot recommend him strongly enough.
