I am Southern Illinois based designer and custom builder with 18 years experience in metal fabrications, carpentry and custom installations. My background in both sculpture and architecture have helped in developing the capacity to recognize the spatial implications and conceptual potency of the objects with which we interact daily.
I have a particular interest in objects and installations that produce spatial relationships between users, program shifts and versatility, and help the owner/occupant express themselves through the act of dwelling.
I believe in the intuitions of my clients, and work to maintain an open dialogue and a collaborative spirit. As such, I often work in association with area design/build groups and local craftspeople in order to broaden my capacity to serve my clients' interests.

For Office Desk4.2Great craftsmanship and Josh provided some very useful design ideas at the outset. Desk was super easy to assemble and exactly the quality I was expecting. If the holes for the outlet wires were a bit bigger, it would've been perfect. Would definitely recommend Object A and will likely use them for future projects. The local station of the shipping provider Josh used made a few errors that resulted in a delay in the delivery.

For Custom vessel sink vanity5.0Thus far, I am extremely pleased with Joshua's communication throughout the process and the item itself. In truth, the wooden vanity has not been installed yet, so I must reserve full rating until completion of my project, but at this point he has exceeded my expectations. The vanity arrived yesterday and I opened and inspected it. The shelf is beautiful, unique, well built, functional and I believe, will attach soundly to the wall as meant to. Thank you!
