I'm am not looking to add more installation work to my schedule: I should be in the shop, making things. However, I'm open to doing installation on a case-by-case basis.

On standard items that I make, there is a good chance I could resell them, so I definitely consider requests for refund, return and cancellation, less a transaction fee. I always want to hear from my customers and attempt to work with them. On specialized or customized items I couldn't realistically resell, I would be unable to offer refund, return or cancellation but would be happy to stop work and only bill for work completed. If there is an issue of workmanship, I would repair or replace the item at my discretion..
