Shipping Policy

Smaller items, such as display boxes, will ship via USPS or UPS Ground. 
Furniture and larger pieces ship via Private Courier providing white glove delivery service and often times in house assembly if needed.  Courier rates start around $175 to the North East , $200-$250 to the East Coast and Mid-West, $300 to most parts of Texas and $400 to points out West.  These costs can vary as can lead times .  I have a very good courier network but cannot always access all points of the country quickly.
Plan 4-6 weeks for most furniture orders, smaller items 1-2 weeks .  If you have a specific date you need something by, please discuss it with me prior to ordering.

Cancellations: Since all pieces are made to order and material ordered specifically for the design, cancellations requested beyond 3 days after purchase will be subject to paying for the cost of materials. Refunds/Exchanges: Since all pieces are made to order, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. If the piece is damaged in transit, I will offer a replacement but cannot refund cash for any reason.
