Area served: The United States of America and Canada Shipping Methods: I have a wholesale account with UPS and ship small things through them. Larger items can be shipped via UPS Freight or I can drive them to you in my truck. I also have worked with other freight companies to ship furniture to many customers.

Deposits are nonrefundable after materials are purchased. Orders can not be canceled after the initial deposit. I have been in business for more than twenty five years. I stand by my work and will work with any customer to design and build wonderful furniture. However, once you place an order and make a deposit the deposit is non-refundable and the order can't be canceled. I will communicate often during the design and building phase of the project and require an approval of the furniture before it is shipped. Once it is shipped it is not returnable.
