Shipping Policy

Each product is built to order and for this reason refunds are not excepted.

Cancelations will be accepted up to 72hrs after the order is placed.

There are certain situations where only partial/full refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Any item is damaged or missing parts for reasons do due to manufacturing error. 
Damage caused by shipping. 
Dysfunctional hardware

We ship all of our products FREE nationwide. Excluding Hawaii and Alaska

DELIVERY IS CURBSIDE DELIVERY ONLY

(NO INSIDE DELIVERY) The desk will be shipped in a crate flat packed. Simple assembly is required. Instructions will be included and the only tool needed is a Philips screwdriver.
BUYER MUST BE ABLE TO MOVE PRODUCT THEMSELVES AFTER CURBSIDE DELIVERY DROP OFF.
BUYER MUST HAVE MEANS TO DISPOSE OF CRATING THEMSELVES.
We are not liable for any charges incurred for a missed or refused delivery. All charges will be paid by the customer before item is redelivered after a refused or missed delivery.

LOCAL PICK UP

We do accept local pick ups at our facility with appointment only. Please contact us to make an appointment

If there is major damage to the crate upon arrival please refuse delivery and contact us ASAP at info@receptoincountersolutions.com

If there are concealed damages to the product DO NOT install, assemble, or use damaged items without contacting us first. Assembly of damaged parts can cause damage to other parts that or not damaged.

If there is partial damage to a part or multiple parts of the desk we can remake and send new parts that will replace the damaged parts. This will be much faster than returning the entire desk and having us make and ship a completely new desk.

There is an 24-hour window to process a shipping claim from the day the product was delivered. Any damages reported after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for a claim or return. The shipping company will assume that the damage was done after the product was delivered. For the claims prosses to take place the product must be sent back in its original packaging.

Lead Times

Accepted Answer

Our products have a 2-3 week lead time to build the desk from the date of purchase. Transit times will vary based on delivery location. For custom orders lead times are based on a signed invoice agreement.
