He had to ship this heavy product over that distance, and he did that. I wanted it powder-coated, (which cost extra), but he was able to do that also. The project turned-out beautiful. He drew some sketches & we approved the project. He sent a photo of the finished product and we made a few corrections & the next day received acknowledgement.
