These cutting boards are fabricated from various species of North American hardwoods. Pictured here are cuttings boards made from Walnut and maple as well as a unique board made from Elm. The boards are all finished with a food safe mineral oil finish and will provide years of service. Dimension of the boards picture are approximately 11" wide x 13" long Note: These cutting boards are created using lumber that otherwise would have entered the waste stream. Dimensions are approximate unless a cutting board is specifically ordered.

I am a small one-man shop located in the Hudson Valley, New York State. I take great pride in creating beautiful wood creations, large and small for the enjoyment of their owners for years to come. My creations are for the most part made from local hardwoods that I purchase from local mills. I do not use computer-aided tools or mass production like large manufacturing operations do. I finish all of my pieces with traditional methods using hand rubbed oil finishes or shellac. The finishes used in kitchens is a hand rubbed mineral oil finish that is food safe.
