Refunds will be issued on non-custom made items only. Returns on non custom made items - product must be returned in original packaging and in original condition. If item is returned and is damaged from customer negligence or improper packaging the repair fees will be deducted from refund amount. Customer is responsible for return shipping feed. You can cancel a custom order product within 24 hours of placing the order....
