This was a commission from St. Mary's parish in Waddington NY to do a bronze portrait of Father Lawler. It was cast using the lost wax technique. The bas-relief was first carved in clay, the mold of which was used to create the wax which was invested in ceramic shell to make the bronze casting. It is mounted on mahogany in the church hall as a tribute to his service to the community.
