Shipping Policy

I will ship anywhere in the US on standard shippers, or if a larger item another LTL or blanket wrap truck lines. If you would prefer to use your own carrier or account, you can arrange to have the work picked up. Crating or palletizing if required is additional and based on specific requirements. If you find damage in shipping let me know immediately so that we can take care of any issues right away. If you are outside the US and want to purchase work, I am happy to consider these opportunities on a case per case basis. I have produced work in countries all over the world.

I take great pride in my design and work. If -however unlikely- you buy something and are unsatisfied with the result, I will work with you to come up with a reasonable solution. Custom work is non-refundable and once ordered, custom projects cannot be cancelled. For work purchased directly from my portfolio, I offer returns within 7 days of delivery. Shipping for returns is at the customer's expense. A restocking fee of 10% will apply. If the items are used or damaged and unable to be resold then to whatever repair is required -up to the full cost at my discretion- may not be returned. So, please for everyones sake, package any returns well. If you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let me know in advance so I can let you know if I can meet your requirements in the time frame.
