Mimi went above and beyond to make sure my beaded bracelet repair was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience; I’m so glad I found her!

Overall there was really good communication from her. The final product is well crafted and we are very happy with it. She was very good about responding to messages and was able to deliver exactly what I wanted. The only hiccup was the ship date. We had spoken a lot about when I needed the piece, right from the beginning. She missed the date, but maintained that she had shipped it. When I received the package the shipping label clearly indicates she missed the date. Not sure why such great communication fell apart right at the end. Overall I would still recommend her, but was dismayed she missed the ship date (anniversary gift) and was not forthcoming with that information. She did ship it the next business day.

It was a great experience for making the bracelet my only complaint is she charged $28 for shipping for one small bracelet in an anvelope with a stamp on it that said $2.69

Great service and quality work. Was able to produce exactly what I wanted and even offered great advice on what would make my project a success.

I'm extremely satisfied with the pendant they made me. It was good communications from start to finish, which I value highly since over 70% of all problems in the world (no matter the area) could been solved with good communication. They even help me out when I had missed to inform that the shipping was supposed to be included in the budget.

I now have a gorgeous bracket with an inspiring phrase. She did a FANTASTIC job!! She coordinated with me for pick up. The project was done on time and BETTER than I imagined!!

The rings created by Mimi were exactly what I expected. Her pricing was on point, she communicated throughout the entire project, and came through on her timing. We are very pleased with the final product and would highly recommend Mimi for future projects. Thanks Mimi!

This was my first custom made item I have bought, I am a student in High School, and Mimi is the way to go. She provided the best and affordable way to have my item made,when choosing a material, she is crystal clear with the pros and cons of each material she works with (I went with pewter), and the highest quality I have seen in a long time, it was just like I imagined it, when I drew it out, (Then created a computer image to finalize my drawing). She puts the Awe, in Awesome. I would definitely recommend Mimi, to ANYONE who is wanting a custom item.

Mimi was great to work with! She made sure I was a part of the process and that the product was just as I had envisioned. Mimi also made sure I got my jewellery in time to have it wrapped and under the tree for Christmas.

She was amazing constantly kept in contact the finished results blew my mind and the price was very affordable. I found someone who I can definitely come back to when I need projects done. You tell her what you envision and she'll bring it to life.

Extremely happy with the result and overall value. Communication was always handled in the timely manner. We had several revisions, and Mimi listened to and implemented all comments that I have made regarding the pendant. I would definitely work with Mimi again and recommend her to anyone.
