No refunds will be given on any custom made items with initials, names or brands etc. made on the items. Shipping cost are the responsibility of the purchasing customer & will not be refunded. Any items purchased as for sale have a 14 day return policy period from date of shipping & must be returned in new unused condition before refund will be refunded to buyer. Monies payed up front are for the purchasing of materials to make your item & will not be refunded on any cancellation.
