Richard was super fantastic to work with. Very talented and knowledgable, very prompt, and a nice collaborator. Finished product was great.

The project was amazing. Richard took my few design ideas and made them a reality with his expertise, and created something truly unique. He designed and built a useful and durable product that fits exactly what I wanted. He was also very quick to respond to my messages. The only problem was delivery, which was over a week later than expected, and required extra payment, but this was due to it being an overseas delivery and delay at customs, which would not apply if you were in the US. He also produced a product which was great value. I would certainly work with Richard again if I needed a similar project.

I absolutely LOVE our custom made porch railing! Richard and I emailed a few times as he was wonderful about checking in with me about exactly I wanted. I wish I could upload a picture. We really couldn't be happier. This was our first experience having something custom made and it was fabulous!

Very adaptive to my requests for a custom project for a steel welded stereo component shelving system with headphone rest. Gave me initial plans which I was able to customize further.
