Stainless Steel Bamboo

I am an interior designer, and I source many light fixtures for clients. We ordered 2 custom fixtures from Richard and both turned out wonderful, especially considering this client's very specific vision. I would definitely recommend Richard Hays to future clients.

We are a Hawai'i based company and he was able to work with us and even did everything he could to make sure the shipping costs were reasonable (which isn't an easy task). He was extremely responsive, easy to work with, and the end product was beyond our expectations. Even the way he packaged our signage was impressive. Everything arrived in perfect condition. If given the opportunity, we wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.

I absolutely LOVE our custom made porch railing! Richard and I emailed a few times as he was wonderful about checking in with me about exactly I wanted. I wish I could upload a picture. We really couldn't be happier. This was our first experience having something custom made and it was fabulous!

Very adaptive to my requests for a custom project for a steel welded stereo component shelving system with headphone rest. Gave me initial plans which I was able to customize further. Responsive to communication, and the product was top notch. Would use his services again and recommend him without reservation for your custom steel project.
