Hand Quilted Art Wall Hanging
As an artist, I professionally design and sell unique art quilts. I am happy to work with you to design a quilt for your personal living space. I can make a quilt based on your personal histories, a favorite place, color, or experience. I look forward to collaborating with you! Quilts can be any size to fit your home and budget. The featured quilt is titled, "Ocean." It is inspired by the art of Agnes Martin, and the wide, endless expanses of water seen from a boat or airplane. It appears uniform at a distance, but upon closer inspection, each segment is constructed uniquely.

I am an artist, trained at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. I inherited a family tradition of quilt making from my maternal grandmother.
I specialize in using found fabrics, and transform them into a quilt rich with memories. Your family heirloom textiles can be incorporated with my fabric collection to create a one of a kind work of art for your home, office, or creative space. I use a sashiko inspired hand quilting technique that employs thicker thread for a highly visible quilted line.
