Art Gourd With Inlaid Veneer And Driftwood Base

This unique art gourd is one of a kind! I have carefully inlaid veneer banding into the face of the gourd and wove a pine needle neck onto the lip of the gourd. Tiny American turquoise beads adorn the neck and are finished with hand hammered copper leaves. The gourd sits atop a twisted piece of driftwood gathered from the shores of Lake Erie. The gourd is 7 1/2" wide and 5 1/2" tall. The entire piece is 10 1/2" long and 9 1/4" tall.
