June was great! I had many questions with very specific details and she was quick and clear with her responses, even on a Sunday evening! I was expecting the engraving to be a bit more polished, a machine-like quality to the print. She did send me a picture of the finished product before I completed payment but it was difficult to see the print. Maybe that was my misunderstanding. I still paid for the bracelets in full and am happy with the products. Most importantly, the people I gifted them to were thrilled! I would definitely use June again.

June listened carefully and offered insightful suggestions on how to achieve the look I was after. She is very knowledgeable and expertly guided me through several layouts of the project until we landed on the final look; all the while patient and accommodating. This is the 3rd time I am collaborating with June. She has done an outstanding job creating earrings for me in the past, and this time is no different. I've asked for a slightly different design, and she understood exactly what I wanted. June is a wonderful communicator, quick with her responses, great with her questions.
