Area served: We are located in Kannapolis, NC but will ship to any location. \*\*Please note: for international shipping, buyer assumes any/all responsibility for customs delays or issues. Buyer also assumes responsibility to inform us of any special packaging/notation required in your country.\*\* Shipping Methods: We will gladly ship to all locations, and pricing will be based upon each individual order. In most cases, shipping will be via USPS priority mail. We occasionally use FedEx for larger/heavier shipments. We try to keep the shipping as low as possible, and are usually able to fit smaller quilts in flat rate or priority boxes to minimize shipping charges. In my experience, bed quilts usually cost $50+ depending on your location.

Refunds and returns are not offered on custom projects. Our extensive communication, free sketch and sketch revisions should ensure there are no misunderstandings or misconceptions for the customer. If, for any reason, a customer decides to cancel a project after the proposal has been accepted, we will not refund any money from the first payment installment. We purchase all materials necessary for all of our products, and the first payment will be used to cover our time and expenses. NOTE: If we are unable to establish contact with a buyer after 4 weeks of our last message attempt, we will consider this as notice that the buyer is no longer interested in continuing the project. This will be considered a cancellation and the buyer will NOT receive a refund for any amount already paid toward the project. We cannot be responsible for holding items/our availability for an indefinite amount of time with no communication from the buyer.
