Porch Swing
As with all my work, I prefer simple elegance with a strong feel. This porch swing is designed with long, understated curves, wider back slats, and a thick, confident frame. The seat is curved and wider than standard making a more comfortable, relaxed seating posture. Made of solid cherry hardwood and coated in a strong exterior varnish allows this porch swing to stand up to the harshest weather conditions. Using chain for hanging can often be cold, noisy, less appealing, and even pinch you. So I instead use a strong, fisherman's rope with appeals warmer and functions softer.
