Graduated Beadwoven Necklace Scarlet And Black Spiral

This sparkling spiral necklace is a sure-fire attention getter! Elaborately beadwoven in the Dutch spiral technique, it features different shapes and sizes of glass beads. The predominate colors are scarlet red and matte black: very dramatic. The beadwoven necklace measures just under 19" long; but its diameter (about 1" at center front) makes it fit like a choker. The clasp is a snap fastener hidden in the beadwork to give the necklace a seamless look. As commanding as it is, the beadwoven necklace is mostly made of air, so it's quite lightweight and comfortable to wear. Nevertheless, getting all those itty-bitty beads into the correct places AROUND that air was a long and painstaking process. Hence the price. Still, to own this one-of-a-kind beauty, it's well worth it.
