Oct 6, 2014I would highly recommend working with MATO (Parke). From the very first email, he was exceptionally responsive to comments and concerns. Over the past two years, we had looked for a bookshelf that would make our library at home feel right. We hired a couple of local artisans, but the ideas never flowed - and we never felt like we were contributing. By the time I stumbled across custommade.com, we had all but given up on the idea of having a custom bookshelf. Although our project was fairly ambitious, he not only rose to the challenge but kept us informed of the progress and did everything he could to ensure it was a success. His drafts and explanations were clear - he even made a video to show me how to put it all together myself, once delivered. The care and attention he afforded to even the slightest detail was much appreciated, resulting in a very satisfying experience.
