Kaptain's Suite
This is a custom industrial-styled rennovation for a customer in Wichita. The room started as a 10.5' x 26' box divided into a bedroom and a bathroom. After knocking down a ceiling tile to uncover a 15' high ceiling we quickly realized this would become an independent, industrial apartment, with compact efficient appliances, 6x2 steel tubing that comprises the wall between kitchen /living space and the bathroom as well as the floor for the lofted bedroom and desk area. Now it's a 386 sqft loft with a ton of character!
