Close Encounters 3d Wall Art
Another piece from my collection that is the second and first successful attempt at a wall art sculpture. The eyes of each "face" will reflect light through the green glitter inside the heads. This piece is available as is (color & size) or can be recreated in a different size, color and number of faces. It is made from aircraft foam, liquid vinyl, Vacuform plastic, automotive paint and a 98% UV protective clear coat. It has a wood base and sides to provide rigidity. Size is approx. 48" high by 24" wide by 6" deep. It weighs approx. 20 lbs. May be washed with soap and water and hand dry.

The frames are created by a patented process and technique that is not duplicated anywhere else in the world. Frames are not limited as to size, shape, number of items within a frame or color.
Compared to the traditional methods of matting and framing my process weighs a very small fraction in comparison.
The only limitation is your imagination and wall space.

The technique was "discovered", at least the basic premise, while helping a friend with some body work on his car. After years of experimentation and trial and error with different materials, I discovered aircraft foam and liquid vinyl (I was working for an international airline at the time).
The process requires considerable expense as a spray booth is required to comply with state and federal laws.
There are no limitations for the application of the process and have even customized a car's paint and body, created signs, made furniture, clocks, and other household items.
