Another piece from my private collection that was originally commissioned for an aquarium but never paid for because of a change in management. This piece was the most labor intensive work I ever undertook and required over 9 months to complete. The sculpting of the aircraft foam was an exercise I don't wish to do again so this is a one-time opportunity to own a very dramatic piece of 3D art. It could be realistically be considered a "wall sculpture". It is made from aircraft foam, liquid vinyl, gypsum filler (in very small amounts), a wood base, and automotive paint with a 98% UV protective clear coat. It measures 36" Wide by 27" high by 5" deep if hung side by side. It was designed to be hung in either a horizontal or vertical orientation. Weight is approx. 40 lbs. for both pieces.

Creates unique framing for photos or anything that can be displayed on a wall or shelf.
The frames are created by a patented process and technique that is not duplicated anywhere else in the world. Frames are not limited as to size, shape, number of items within a frame or color.
Compared to the traditional methods of matting and framing my process weighs a very small fraction in comparison.
The only limitation is your imagination and wall space.
I also use my technique/process to create truly one-of-a-kind wall art.
The technique was "discovered", at least the basic premise, while helping a friend with some body work on his car. After years of experimentation and trial and error with different materials, I discovered aircraft foam and liquid vinyl (I was working for an international airline at the time).
The process requires considerable expense as a spray booth is required to comply with state and federal laws.
There are no limitations for the application of the process and have even customized a car's paint and body, created signs, made furniture, clocks, and other household items.
