A green and purple "geode" that was made as an experiment to determine the amount of aircraft foam that could be formed in a single application. The results are better than I thought they would be. This piece is in my private collection and are used as bookends. The base measures 12" X 12" X 2.5" high. The geode measures approx. 10" in diameter with cavities approx. 5" deep in places. Made from aircraft foam, liquid vinyl, a wood base and automotive paint with a 98% UV protective clear coat. This piece will not be duplicated due to the excessive amount of foam and extremely long curing time involved.

Creates unique framing for photos or anything that can be displayed on a wall or shelf.
The frames are created by a patented process and technique that is not duplicated anywhere else in the world. Frames are not limited as to size, shape, number of items within a frame or color.
Compared to the traditional methods of matting and framing my process weighs a very small fraction in comparison.
The only limitation is your imagination and wall space.
I also use my technique/process to create truly one-of-a-kind wall art.
The technique was "discovered", at least the basic premise, while helping a friend with some body work on his car. After years of experimentation and trial and error with different materials, I discovered aircraft foam and liquid vinyl (I was working for an international airline at the time).
The process requires considerable expense as a spray booth is required to comply with state and federal laws.
There are no limitations for the application of the process and have even customized a car's paint and body, created signs, made furniture, clocks, and other household items.
