Brass inlayed conference table made from one inch MDF core veneered with ribbon stripped mahogany. It is edged out with solid Honduras mahogany. There is a half inch brass inlay around the edge. The horn and notes were make from the customer's logo but the horn was simplified to be able to cut out. The top was make in three pieces and this is the center piece. The length of the table is sixteen feet. The base is also custom made from Honduras mahogany and is a Duncan Phyfe design. It is has been stained for base color. It has been glazed between coats of a high quality (I only use high quality products) glaze to get the final color and to give a depth of color. It was built up with multiple coats of nitrocellulose lacquer to a grain filled finish, sanded and final coated with a satin finish. It was rubbed out for the final look that the customer wanted.

I am the sole owner and employee of Gilley Furniture Shop. This way I am able to guarantee my work. I am able to make reproductions from pictures and drawings. Most of my projects are made with machinery including CNC carving and cutting. Hand work is performed where necessary to enhance the project.
Projects may be ordered finished or unfinished. You may provide a color sample you wish to, or request a sample be made and sent to you which will be made at an additional cost for processing and shipping.
Finishing is performed using top quality nitrocellulose lacquer, stains and glazes. I can offer gloss, satin, dull and rubbed finishes. Distressed finishes are available including marks and specks, dents, gouges, and termites. Other types include gold leafing crackle, white wash and oil. If you require a special finish, please inquire.
I am in business to provide a product that hopefully exceeds your expectations while making a profit. My prices are not cheap but neither is the quality of my work.
