It took a lot of back and forth with Jason to customize my cabinet, and he was very patient and timely with his responses, right up to the end when I decided to go ahead with it. There were a couple things on the cabinet that didn't meet my exact expectations, but that was my fault in communicating with him, not his in executing what I told him. Overall, very happy.

For I would like to have made an S-shaped (snake) backless wall unit for books measuring about 60" wide, 12" deep and 27-28" high.5.0Excellent working relationship with Jason and I am very pleased with the final product, although the color is a little lighter than I would probably want. This is not Jason's fault, though. I suspect the oak will darken.with time. Jason was easy to work with and we communicated often with him giving me excellent advice and the piece of furniture I had made. I will certainly recommend him to my friends and colleagues.
