Reclaimed Wood Media Center Console
This contemporary media console was custom made to help fill a very large basement space. The client was unable to find anything in stores close to the size she wanted. It was a challenge constructing and transporting the 10' x 30"x20" finished piece. The top, sides and doors were made using reclaimed barn wood and stained dark to match the décor. New walnut was chosen for the base and interior cabinet space. Matching rustic floating shelves are going to be added to either side of the TV to complete the design.

About Me
Twenty-five years ago we instantly fell in love with a 100-year-old farmhouse. We reveled in its unique architecture, old world craftsmanship and a chance to preserve history. All through the years since then it became the ultimate outlet to perfect both my artistic and carpentry skills.
About My Business
My disdain for mass-produced furnishings lead me to the creation of many unique custom-made pieces. By combining a passion for historical materials with modern design, I was able to preserve a bit of the past into the future. Old barn wood was transformed into tables, bathroom fixtures, kitchen cabinets and anything else I could apply my artistry to. Broken Mexican tile was fashioned into beautiful mosaic inlays. Collected stones, shells and driftwood were melded with old growth wood to recreate natural beauty.
