The inspiration for this one came from a heirloom mirror that needed a new frame. Weathered reclaimed barn wood was lightly sanded allowing it's natural color and texture to show. A very subtle turquoise hue was added by dusting on chips on prior to the poly topcoat. Mirror. Mirror indeed. NOTE: This price is for the frame only unless within the Chicagoland area. Glass/mirrors are too expensive to ship. I will supply the mirror supports for easy installation. Size as shown 36"W x 72"H x 2"D. Outside frame size is 6". Comes with an easy hanging system. All hardware and instructions included. Other wood types and finishes available. Custom sizing is always available.

About Me
Twenty-five years ago we instantly fell in love with a 100-year-old farmhouse. We reveled in its unique architecture, old world craftsmanship and a chance to preserve history. All through the years since then it became the ultimate outlet to perfect both my artistic and carpentry skills.
About My Business
My disdain for mass-produced furnishings lead me to the creation of many unique custom-made pieces. By combining a passion for historical materials with modern design, I was able to preserve a bit of the past into the future. Old barn wood was transformed into tables, bathroom fixtures, kitchen cabinets and anything else I could apply my artistry to. Broken Mexican tile was fashioned into beautiful mosaic inlays. Collected stones, shells and driftwood were melded with old growth wood to recreate natural beauty.
About You
If you share my love for objects from the past, have specific custom needs, along with an appreciation for unique handcrafted objects let me help you bring something special into your home.

For Reclaimed Lumber Floating ShelvesI worked with Ron long distance from Florida on a kitchen remodel project for a client. He designed and constructed floating reclaimed wood shelves that worked perfectly. I found the whole experience of working with Ron to be seamless and enjoyable…he was responsive to all my questions and emails, delivered a high quality product and well within his estimated timeline.
My client is thrilled with the result and I will definitely return to him when I need his services again! Thanks Ron
