Rustic Reclaimed Wall Media Center
Rustic modern reclaimed industrial was the design direction. Execution involved piecing together several different sizes and types of reclaimed wood to build matching pieces. All the pieces were assembled and then custom installed on site. A support system was secured to a brick wall to hold the massive 72" flat screen. Barn wood covers the brick wall and support system, while also hiding all unsightly wires. Old growth 2x8's make the rustic frame with retractable doors to provide cover. The matching floating cabinet below has a rustic live edge oak top. Euro hinged doors with adjustable shelves inside provide easy access to plenty of storage. The piece is mounted to the wall using a French cleat system. Size as shown- Wall cover 130"W x 54"T. The TV frame is 68"W x 43"T x 8"D. Floating cabinet is 76"L x 24"H x 14D. The version shown here is a custom fit installation and only available for local customers. Individual pieces can be designed to fit your specific media needs. Twenty-five years ago we instantly fell in love with a 100-year-old farmhouse. We reveled in its unique architecture, old world craftsmanship and a chance to preserve history. All through the years since then it became the ultimate outlet to perfect both my artistic and carpentry skills.
About My Business
My disdain for mass-produced furnishings lead me to the creation of many unique custom-made pieces. By combining a passion for historical materials with modern design, I was able to preserve a bit of the past into the future. Old barn wood was transformed into tables, bathroom fixtures, kitchen cabinets and anything else I could apply my artistry to. Broken Mexican tile was fashioned into beautiful mosaic inlays. Collected stones, shells and driftwood were melded with old growth wood to recreate natural beauty.

There were a couple of things that caused the work to take a bit longer, but he was on top of checking in with me and it was absolutely worth the wait. I am so happy with how the shelves turned out and it really brought my vision for the space to life. He took a lot of time packing up the shelves so that they would be safe during shipping and even sent the instructions along with the mounts, screws and drill bits needed for installation. Ron's care and expertise is clearly visible in the quality of his craftsmanship.
