Please keep in mind that since all of our products are made from reclaimed wood there will be natural variances in the wood color and texture. There are no refunds granted due to these varying characteristics. If you are unhappy with your item and we cannot work with you to make it right, we do accept refunds if notified within 14 days of receipt of your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
